Build out & hired digital team (digital marketing, site operations & merchandising, marketplaces etc.). Launched first ever eCommerce enabled Bollé, Serengeti Eyewear and Bollé Safety D2C websites in North America. Digital P&L owner, overseeing all D2C sales and paid social & search channels incl. Amazon 1P and 3P in NA, affiliate marketing and agency relationships. Implemented and launched new ERP (Netsuite) integration for D2C sites, launched a loyalty program, launched a new email system (Klavyo), launched a loyalty program (yotpo), launched a sms program (attentive).
